Neither the Convention Registrar nor the convention team receive any payment
information or passwords.
PayPal provides options to pay using a PayPal account, guest checkout,
or a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). If you
prefer to pay by check, please send an email to the Convention Registrar
(mer-registrar@mer-nmra.com) requesting an invoice.

Then Send A Request For An Invoice To mer-registrar@mer-nmra.com.
Your Form Information Will Already Have Been Received By The Registrar.
When You Have Completed This Form,
Press the “SUBMIT" Button Below To See Your Invoice.
Then Complete Payment From Your Invoice.*
* If your invoice total is $0, you do not need to select PayPal after
submitting your form. Simply submit the form, and review your invoice to
ensure it is correct.

Cancellation Policy:
* Any cancellation for any reason prior to September 18, 2024 will be
refunded fully, less a $10 administrative fee.
* After September 17, 2024, only the base registration will be refunded,
less a $10 administrative fee. Tour tickets, including Operation Callboard
tickets, and banquet tickets will not be refunded within 30 days of the
start of the convention. Prepaid breakfast and lunch tickets will be refunded
only if the convention committee is not liable to the hotel.
* To receive a refund, the registrant must request said refund in writing
by USPS (MER Conventions, PO Box 426, Sykesville, MD 21784) or email (mer-registrar@mer-nmra.com)
to the convention registrar, no later than October 30, 2024.
